EPIDEMIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS

A phylogenetic analysis based on the wgMLST profiles provides insight in the relationships of the strains. A historical database with your previous uploads is built over time and can be used to compare new uploads to.

RESISTOME REPORT PER SAMPLE

Two types of markers are displayed: loci and single mutations.

VIRULENCE REPORT PER SAMPLE

Detected virulence factors are displayed together with their mechanisms of action.

QUALITY CONTROL (QC) REPORT

SUMMARY

Quality control parameters are calculated per sample for the different steps in the pipeline.

This allows perfect control over the quality of the data and the analysis results.

PER SAMPLE

From the general QC summary report, an even more detailed report can be generated per single sample.

PLASMID REPORT PER SAMPLE

Detected replicon sequences, plasmid references and associated
plasmid contig information are displayed.

TYPING RESULTS PER SAMPLE

Whole genome sequencing data is used for MLST, Spa typing (Staphylococcus aureus),
Serotyping and Pathotyping (Escherichia coli / Shigella).

DECISION HELPING TOOL

Each sample is compared against all samples in the same upload and against the historical database of your previous uploads. The number of probably and possibly (un)related samples in the upload and in the population is shown in a color coded diagram.
